You actually filed the bug report in "ubuntu" which is the "non-categorized" category in launchpad for a bug report. It says creative zen is not connected.

I installed Gnomad2 but that doesn't get anywhere since the device freezes Could anyone give me advice on how the get the freezing on connection issue sorted, and if i need to make sure i have certain packages installed before this can work?
